About The Goal Wood

Baseball has a problem. Because playing tournament baseball is so expensive, it excludes young players who aren’t from wealthy, two-parent homes. We believe that this is a heartbreaking failure of opportunity.

The Goal Wood is a nonprofit organization that will create a commonwealth system, equivalent to the Bible description of the Kingdom of God. In the future Parents will not have to worry about dues or fees or equipment costs as we plan on being a fully-funded organization based on family values and Biblical principles. The baseball diamond will be our players’ domain. We will teach them how to rule over their domain with character. The Goal Wood’s main objective is to show the world for the first time in world history how God’s commonwealth system works. The name The Goal Wood, in baseball terms, means that you’ve made it to the professional level in baseball. Once you’ve made it to the wooden bats, you have truly become a professional.

Our goal is to create professionals in every area of gifting, giving minority and underprivileged youth opportunities they may not otherwise have access to, and level the playing field.
